At Deadhead Chemist, we offer secure and reliable payment options, including Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin (BTC) payments. Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure smooth and hassle-free transactions.

1. Interac e-Transfer 

We accept Interac e-Transfers for fast, secure transactions. Follow these instructions exactly any errors will require you to cancel and resend the transfer.

  • At checkout, select “e-Transfer” 
  • The platform’s gateway will then redirect you or present details to complete the payment. 
2. Access Your Bank:
  • You’ll be directed to your bank’s secure online portal or app (or your bank might send you a direct link/prompt) to authorize the payment. 
3. Select Account & Recipient:
  • Choose the bank account you want to send money from.
  • The recipient (the merchant/service) details are often pre-filled. 
4. Enter Amount & Details:
  • Input the exact amount specified by the merchant.
  • Add a memo or reference if prompted (e.g., invoice number). 
  • Set the security question to: “Favourite place?”
  • Set the security answer to: “Canada” (Avoid using brand or industry terms)
5. Review & Authorize:
  • Carefully check all transaction details (amount, recipient).
  • Authorize the transfer, often using multi-factor authentication (like a one-time password or biometric scan). 
6. Instant Confirmation:
  • The funds are instantly moved from your account and confirmed in the system, allowing the merchant to process your order immediately. 

📌 Important Notes:

Orders are processed once payment is received.
If you do not follow these instructions correctly, the deposit will not be received, and you will need to cancel and resend the e-transfer.

2. Bitcoin (BTC) Payments

We also accept Bitcoin payments for a private and secure transaction experience. Follow the steps below to complete your BTC payment:

✅ Step 1: At checkout, select Bitcoin (BTC) payment as your preferred payment method.
✅ Step 2: After placing your order, you will receive a Bitcoin payment address and the exact amount to send.
✅ Step 3: Open your Bitcoin wallet (e.g., Coinbase, Binance, Trust Wallet, Exodus, or another BTC-compatible wallet).
✅ Step 4: Copy and paste the provided Bitcoin address into the recipient field.
✅ Step 5: Enter the exact BTC amount specified in your order confirmation.
✅ Step 6: Double-check all details and send the payment.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Orders are processed once the Bitcoin transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (usually within 10-60 minutes).
  • Always send the exact BTC amount listed in your order to avoid delays.
  • Do not send Bitcoin from an exchange with withdrawal limits use a wallet where you control the private key.
